The chapter presidents assembly comprises UAP board of directors and a number of active members and officers of different areas. It started with an invocation followed by the national anthem and UAP march hymn. Architect Mangalino Ling, fuap, the UAP national president formally opened the chapter meeting as the area VPs call each areas board of directors to present their accomplishment report of their entire term. After the presentation, Architect Ling formally accepted each of the chapter’s report as part of each area’s accomplishment during the term ’09-’10.
